OGDEN, UTAH
Our story and leadership
Recovering Addict exists so people can hear the gospel of Jesus Christ and have a community for the long walk of recovery.
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17, World English Bible
Shame keeps people alone. This ministry is a place to tell the truth, receive forgiveness, and keep going with other people. Grace is not a speech we give after someone has already fixed themselves.
The IRS recognized Recovering Addict Inc. as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in June 2020. EIN 85-0990769. Meetings are held at Iron House Gym in Ogden, and the program is free to attend.
Founders
LT and Feliz Weaver started this ministry. They are the founders named on the public contact page.
Personal stories stay in the room. This page does not tell them for anyone.
